Baker's Pride names Eagen director of bakery operations at South Street Bakery

Baker’s Pride Inc., a commercial bakery and manufacturer of private label and proprietary baked products, named James Eagen director of bakery operations at the South Street Bakery, the newest Baker’s Pride company. He will be responsible for bakery manufacturing at the South Street Bakery. He also has been appointed to the executive management committee at Baker’s Pride.

Eagen has spent more than 22 years at Baker’s Pride and its predecessor company, managing bakery operations. Before this appointment, he was manager of maintenance and sanitation at Mt. Pleasant Street Bakery. He earned a certification from the American Institute of Baking Sanitation program and studied at the University of Nebraska.
