Caravan Ingredients has appointed Diane Carnell and Dave Pfefer to its recently formed product category management group. Carnell will be the product category manager for emulsifiers, while Pfefer will be the product category manager for fortification.
In their respective roles, Carnell and Pfefer will be responsible for managing their product platforms to drive growth opportunities within the product portfolio.
Carnell has been with Caravan since 2010, most recently as director of the innovation center. Before that, she was a director of research and development at Kerry Ingredients.
Pfefer joined Caravan in 2007. Most recently, he was a product manager of fortification. Prior to joining Caravan, he was a general sales manager and product manager of enrichments with ADM Arkady.
