A new economical concept for baking has been added to Novacart's family of products. The Optima mould features oven-safe baking technology with great release characteristics. Simply deposit your products into the moulds, and bake. They are ideal for a variety of products, including tarts and coffee cakes. The round moulds are available in sizes ranging from 3.5 ins. in diameter to 9.5 ins. Rectangular loaf and floret/brioche moulds also are available.
