| Eggs, whole, slightly beaten | 7 | Add. Mix until well incorporated. | ||

| Flour | 1 | 6 | Combine. Add to above and mix thorouqhly. | |
| Baking soda | 2 tsp. | |||
| White baking chocolate, coarsely chopped | 1 | 2 | Stir into dough. | |
| Dried tart cherries | 1 | |||
| Cashews, lightly salted, larqe pieces | 8 | |||

Instructions: Portion cookies onto lightly greased or parchment paper-lined baking sheets. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes, or until light golden brown.
Yields: 100 3-in. cookies or 150 2-in. cookies
