Cherry Chewbilee Cookies
Ingredient Lbs. Ozs. Method
Margarine, softened 12 Combine. Mix on medium speed.
Granulated sugar 10
Brown sugar 10
Eggs, whole, slightly beaten 7 Add. Mix until well incorporated.
Vanilla 2 tsp.
Flour 1 6 Combine. Add to above and mix thorouqhly.
Baking soda 2 tsp.
White baking chocolate, coarsely chopped 1 2 Stir into dough.
Dried tart cherries 1
Cashews, lightly salted, larqe pieces 8
Total appr. wt. 6 7

Instructions: Portion cookies onto lightly greased or parchment paper-lined baking sheets. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes, or until light golden brown.

Yields: 100 3-in. cookies or 150 2-in. cookies
