CM Packaging makes its 12 in a row

CM Packaging, Lake Zurich, Ill., received a superior rating in American Institute of Baking’s Sanitation Audit for its twelfth consecutive year. The company scored 965 points out of a possible 1,000 points. The inspection included the following categories: adequacy of product safety, pest control, operator methods and personnel practices, maintenance for product safety, and cleaning practices.
