Costanzo's Bakery expands

Costanzo's Bakery Inc., Cheektowaga, N.Y., is working with the Erie County Industrial Development Agency to finance a 64,000-sq.-ft. addition to its Cheektowaga plant and renovate 3,600 sq. ft. of its Innsbruck Drive facility. The project is estimated to cost about $3.75 million. The bakery, which currently employs 90 full-time and 23 part-time workers, expects to hire more employees as a result of the expansio
