Dutchess Bakers' Machinery

In 1988 Dutchess designed the first ever Dough Divider/Rounder that allowed for the removal/interchange of divider heads to increase production capacity and assist in cleaning. The Model JN was the first ever to earn sanitation certifications from the most prestigious listing agencies, the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) and United States Dept. of Agriculture (USDA). These listings assure consumers they can easily clean their machine to a sanitary operating condition on a daily basis.

Soon after, the Dutchess research and development team set out to design the first Manually Operated Dough Divider that could match the accomplishment of the Model JN. The Model BMIH-36/18 (Bench Model Interchangeable Head) Dough Divider quickly became a standard the foodservice industry would embrace. The Model BMIH can now be found in just about every conceivable foodservice operation worldwide.

The need for a manually operated Dough Divider capable of dividing portions large enough for bread and pizza production-became the catalyst for yet another Dutchess innovation.

The Model LD-626 employs the same removable head feature of it's predecessors to allow for fast, easy cleaning in a sink or dishwasher. This machine offers an affordable option to the more expensive hydraulic dividers.

When Dutchess purchased the Bun Slicer line from Moline Co., they saw an opportunity to once again take a proven performer and improve on it. The Model 270 will accommodate much larger product than previous models. It has adjustments that are easy to set and a removable chute that allows complete cleaning safely away from the sharp cutting blade.
