More than 80,000 visitors are expected to descend on Paris next spring to attend Europain 2005. The exhibition, to be held April 16-20 at the Paris-Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center, is unique in its scope and international draw. Dedicated to bakery, viennoiserie, pastry, confectionery, chocolate, ice cream and catering products, Europain 2005 will feature a revised layout to draw more attendance from craft bakers, Europain officials say. The exhibit floor will be divided into color-coded sectors, such as craft bakery, industrial bakery and craft pastry, to ease visitors through the massive show floor.
