The company says both are flexible systems featuring no-stress, oil free technology and affordably priced for bakers of round, moulded, stamped, hamburger and finger rolls, pita, pizza and bread. The LYRA Mini Roll Line two-pocket model delivers up to 3,800 pieces per hour. The ATHENA Roll Line, with five and six-pocket models, delivers up to 12,000 pieces per hour. The weight range for each piece is 1 oz.-5.5 ozs. The advanced design includes a dosing star system that reduces the machining stress on doughs which yields better cost control and moister finished products.
