The Formost Bagel System

Reseal-it^™ peel and reseal packages

Formost Baggers are the most versatile machines in the bagging industry. Fuji-Formost horizontal form-fill-seal machines wrap a wide variety of products. In addition, Formost designs and builds infeed systems for many products, and manufactures special product handling systems.

The Formost Bun System runs a variety of buns and rolls with minimal changeover required, offering an efficient bun packaging line for increased production and reduced labor costs. The system incorporates a high-speed grouper and inline bun stacker, which stacks the buns immediately prior to bagging, minimizing stack transfer.

The Formost Dual Lane Bagger features two product lanes operating simultaneously. The machine operates at speeds as fast as 50 cycles per minute.

Packaging tortillas is no problem for the Formost Tortilla Bagger. Special product transfer paddles and a flighted tabletop infeed conveyor are designed to convey and support tortilla stacks.

The Formost Bagel System automatically bags bagels in a penny pack configuration. Bagels are automatically fed into the bagger by a bucket conveyor.

The Formost Combination Bagger quickly and gently bags sliced bread and other bakery foods. This includes loose rolls, brown 'n serve rolls, cluster buns, hearthbaked bread, donut trays, sweet rolls and English muffins.

The Formost Premium Bread System provides an innovative and attractive package for premium breads. Instead of being wrapped, loaves are bagged, trimmed and sealed, creating a tight, tamper evident, easily opened inner package. Next, loaves are placed in an outer bag. The perforated inner bag easily opens to enable removal of slices, while maintaining package integrity and appearance.

Fuji-Formost Alpha VI Series Horizontal Servo Wrappers feature four individual servo motors to drive the film feed, cantilevered cold and heated center fin sealers and end sealer, providing for enhanced film tension control and allowing for accurate and repeatable packages. The IH heating system for the center fin sealer provides quick and exact sealing temperature control, reduces product changeover time and offers energy savings.

The Reseal-it^™ peel and reseal package created on Fuji-Formost Horizontal and Vertical Wrappers makes a perforation in flow wrap film and places a label over the perforation. No part of the film is removed, and the opening flap of the film sticks to the back of the label. The perforation is available in different sizes, shapes and locations, depending on package design.
