Students were chosen based on their desire to develop their pastry art skills, financial need, as well as being accepted into one of the The French Pastry School's full-time programs.

Stephanie Evans–Recipient of the Coalesse / Office Concepts Scholarship
Violet Orellana–Recipient of the Sara Lee Corporation Scholarship
Chelsey Torres–Recipient of the Irinox USA Scholarship
Since 2008, For the Love of Chocolate Foundation has awarded more than 50 scholarships to qualified students. Many of the students are career changers, and with the invaluable support of the foundation's partners and sponsors, are able to pursue the education of their choice.
With this help, they can follow their passion and begin their paths toward a career in pastry, and enroll in one of The French Pastry School's full-time certificate programs, such as L'Art de la Pâtisserie, the Professional Pastry and Baking program, or L'Art du Gâteau , the Professional Cake Decorating and Baking Program.
