LaMar's co-brands with coffee company

LaMar's Donuts is teaming up with Dunn Bros Coffee to open their first co-branded location in Omaha, Neb. later this month. LaMar's Donuts and Dunn Bros Coffee will offer special promotions during their grand opening celebration, including a free LaMar's donut, a free cup of Dunn Bros coffee, $1 specialty coffee drinks, and a $3 1/2-lb. bag of freshly roasted beans.

“We are very excited about the opportunity to co-brand with LaMar's,” said Chris Eilers, C.E.O. of Dunn Bros Coffee in a company release. “Given that we both have established our brands on quality, we anticipate that this partnership will be very successful. The only combination better than coffee and donuts is really great coffee and donuts.”

Founded in 1960 by Ray LaMar, LaMar's Donuts made its debut in Kansas City, Mo. The company began selling franchises in the early 1990s for bistro-style donut stores. LaMar's now has 29 locations in six states: Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska.
