Modern Baking magazine is seeking entries for its 2008 Retail Bakery of the Year award. Applicants will be judged on management systems, product quality, training programs, merchandising and marketing plans, sales and industry service.
The winner will be featured in Modern Baking magazine and will be recognized in front of their peers in Atlantic City, N.J. during American Baking Expo (ABE) 2008. ABE will be held Sept. 21-23. For an application, visit www.bakery-net.com. Applications must be received by July 14, 2008.
