Modern Baking seeks bakery of the year

Modern Baking magazine is seeking entries for its 2005 Retail Bakery of the Year Award. Applicants will be judged on management systems, product quality, training programs, merchandising and marketing plans, sales and industry service. The winner will be featured in Modern Baking magazine and receive round-trip airfare to Chicago, and two nights accommodations for two during RBA’s Marketplace 2005.
