Pear and blue cheese focaccia

|Olive oil, as needed||Brush dough with olive oil.|
|Diced canned pears, drained||5||4||Scatter pears over the top of the dough and sprinkle with thyme and blue cheese.|

Instructions: Bake at 400°F about 10 minutes, until crust is brown and cheese is melted. Cut into 4-1/2-in. squares.
Yields about 72 4-1/2-in. squares.
