Frozen bread dough, thawed 12 0 Divide the dough, and spread it into three 18-in. by 26-in. pans. Dock the dough.
Olive oil, as needed Brush dough with olive oil.
Diced canned pears, drained 5 4 Scatter pears over the top of the dough and sprinkle with thyme and blue cheese.
Blue cheese, crumbled 1 14
Dried thyme leaves, as needed
Total appr. wt. 19 2

Instructions: Bake at 400°F about 10 minutes, until crust is brown and cheese is melted. Cut into 4-1/2-in. squares.

Yields about 72 4-1/2-in. squares.
