Philip teaches oven skills

King Arthur Flour, Norwich, Vt., sent operations manager and baker Martin Philip to the Dominican Republic in April to work with and instruct residents on how to use clay ovens built by volunteers in 2005. The ovens are intended to provide both a focal point for community gatherings and a means of sustenance and income for impoverished families.
