BakeryMachinery.Net's new line of pita ovens is capable of producing up to 600 pitas per hour, the company says. The oven dimensions are 33.25 ins. by 55 ins. by 43.25 ins. AGA-approved natural gas, propane or electric models are available. The oven features three ceramic burners on the top and two ribbon burners on the bottom heating the 1/4 in. thick baking plates.
