Raisins Give Flavors

Sweeten bakery foods and deliver healthful benefits with California raisins. Raisins are available in lemon, cinnamon, peppermint, cherry, strawberry, licorice and jalapeno pepper flavors, the California Raisin Marketing Board says. In addition, raisins are cholesterol-free, low in sodium, low in fat and contain many vitamins and minerals, including iron and potassium.
