Traditional Greek Olive Pie

50gr salt
50gr Instant dry Yeast
100gr Sugar
50gr Bread Improver
2 lt Orange Juice
1 lt Water

A

Fresh Mint
5 Fresh Onions
Fresh Coriander
Fresh Parsley

Black any size olives
Black olive oil

This recepie is very easy to be made

We Mix all the A ingredients together for 2 ,1/2 minutes in slow and 7 minutes in fast

During the mixing proceedure we chopped the B ingredients in thick pieces(one cm) and just one minute before ending the mixing we throw the B ingredients in the mixer so they mix together.

We take out the dought from the mixer and place it on a well greased table.

We cut it in two equal pieces and lay the fisrt piece in a 3inc deep 60x80cm well greased tray.

Later we spread the olives on the first layer and pour olive oil.

We place the second layer on the top and leave it rest for 1 hour.

We bake it at 210c (deck oven) for 30-40min.
