VICORP acquired by American Blue Ribbon Holdings

VICORP Restaurants Inc. has sold its assets to American Blue Ribbon Holdings LLC (ABR), a new entity formed by Fidelity National Financial Inc. and Newport Global Advisors. ABR now will own and operate the Village Inn and Bakers Square restaurant brands, as well as the VICOM pie operation.
