Raisins 8 Add and incorporate.
Walnut pieces 6
Total appr. wt. 49 6

Instructions: Scale dough into 1 lb. 8 oz. pieces. Place dough in prepared 1-lb. Ioaf pans. Proof and bake at 390ºF for 30 minutes. -

Yields 321 lb. 8 oz. Ioaves.
