Vibrating table

Bakon's vibrating table is designed for chocolate mould production and can accommodate series 1000 and 2000 moulds. The vibrations remove air trapped in the chocolate, preventing bubbles. The all-stainless steel 304 table allows for forming a fine shell by forcing the chocolate in all the cavities of intricate moulds. The table features one open section for easy removal of the chocolate and two closed sections with pads.
