Bake-Stable Pastry Fillings–perfect for filled Danish pastries, fried yeast-raised sweetgoods, cookies and cake fillings. Available in 2-lb. tubes, 3 1/2-gallon pails, and 55-gallon drums.
Ready-to-Use Pie Fillings–both ready-to-use and bake-stable, our premium fillings are available in blueberry, cherry and mince flavors. Provided in 3 1/2-gallon pails.
Icings–the perfect finishing touch, our icings come in ready-to-use chocolate, maple and white vanilla flavors. Icing bases include buttercream, chocolate fudge and soft fudge.
Glazes–choose from apricot and strawberry tart glaze for fruit tarts and pie fillings, and pastry brush-ons.
Custom formulations also can be created for special orders. ADM offers truck service from all production locations, in-bakery technical services, strict quality standards and kosher product certification.
