Biscotti made with Nestlé® Toll House® Mini Morsels

| 1.5 | lb | All purpose flour |
| 30 | oz | Almonds, chopped |
| 12 | oz | Nestlé® Toll House® Semi-Sweet Mini Morsels |
Preparation Steps
- In a mixer bowl, combine all ingredients. At medium speed using a paddle attachment, mix for 1 minute. Scrape down bowl and paddle. Mix for 2 more minutes.
- Remove batter from mixer. Place on a well-floured table and shape into 11 (16-1/2 oz.) flat loaves.
- Place loaves on parchment-lined sheet pans, 4 inches apart and bake in a 300°F convection oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool 10 for minutes. Cut loaves into 12 (1/2" thick) slices.
- Place slices on parchment-lined sheet pan and bake 300°F for 10 minutes until golden brown.
