| NESTLE® CRUNCH® candy pieces | 1/2 oz |
| Red Liquid Gel | As needed |
| Blue Airbrush Color | As needed |
| Candy Star | 6 pieces |
| Flag Picks | 6 pieces |
Instructions
1. Pipe 11⁄4 oz vanilla buttercreme on each cupcake.
2. Airbrush 1⁄2 the cupcakes blue.
3. Sprinkle Nestle® Crunch® on the top side showing the white
4. String red liquid gel on top
5. Place one candy star and a flag pick on top of each cupcake
