Vanilla extract 0.66 19.72ml Add to shortening mixture, mix well.
Eggs (4) 6.66 189g
Flour 2 0.45 920g Combine in separate bowl.
Baking powder 0.5 14.17g Add shortening mixture, mixing to create a soft dough.
Salt 0.33 9.36g
Blueberries, BerryFusions® 3 1.38 1.4kg Stir into mixture.
Total appr. wt. 9 10.45 4.38kg

INSTRUCTIONS

Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of cookie dough onto a pan. Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown. Cool on wire rack.

Yield: 12 dozen cookies
