| Add. Mix until smooth, but do not overmix. | |||

| Butter, melted | 12 | ||

| Granola mix | 10 | Add. | |
| Walnut pieces | 10 | ||
| Total appr. wt. | 8 | 1 |
Instructions: Pour batter into muffin tins until the cups
are 3% full. Sprinkle walnut pieces on top. Bake at 400°F for
10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 370°F, and bake for
another 10 minutes.
Yields 96 muffins.
