| Frozen bread dough, thawed | 12 | 0 | Divide the dough, and spread it into three 18-in. by 26-in. pans. Dock the dough. |
| Olive oil, as needed | Brush dough with olive oil. | ||
| Diced canned pears, drained | 5 | 4 | Scatter pears over the top of the dough and sprinkle with thyme and blue cheese. |

| Dried thyme leaves, as needed | |||

Instructions: Bake at 400°F about 10 minutes, until crust is brown and cheese is melted. Cut into 4-1/2-in. squares.
Yields about 72 4-1/2-in. squares.
