Eggs, whole 18 Add slowly to dry ingredients.
High-ratio liquid shortening 3
Vegetable oil 3
Chocolate 7 8 Melt, and add to batter.

Instructions

Scale 1 lb. 2 ozs. in oblong Danish pans (84) or pour 9 lbs. into sheet pans (7). Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes–time varies depending on the type of oven used.

Yield: 84 Danish pans, 7 sheet pans
