Mango brownies

Melt over a double boiler. Set aside to cool |

Add; mix well. | |

Add slowly to oil mixture. Stir in cooled chocolate. Fold in flour mixture. |

Fold in the nuts and half the chopped mango. | |

Instructions
Pour batter evenly into 6 prepared 8-in. by 8-in. pans. Sprinkle remaining mango over the top of the batter. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. Yield: 96 servings
