Sweet & salty peanut butter cookies

Satisfy customers’ sweet and salty fix with peanut butter cookies studded with crunchy broken pretzel pieces.

INSTRUCTIONS
Shape the dough into 1 1/2-in. balls (or portion with a #40 scoop); roll in the broken pretzels, lightly pressing the pretzels into the dough.

Bake on parchment-lined baking sheets for 10 to 11 minutes at 350°F (300°F in a convection oven) or until light brown around the edges. Immediately sprinkle with coarse salt if desired. Cool for 1 minute on sheet pans. Remove to a wire rack; cool completely.

Yield: 13 dozen cookies
