The fourth annual Gluten-Free Culinary Summit will be presented in expanded East and West editions. Summit East will be at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y., Sept. 12-13. Summit West will be held at Johnson & Wales, Denver, Oct. 3-4.
The Summits will feature cutting-edge menus of gluten-free baking and cooking demonstrations, recipe tastings, seminars, interactive panel discussions and the new Gluten-Free Baking Today variety show. Presenters will speak about and demonstrate a range of sweet and savory recipes and will reveal the latest developments in gluten-free baking and cooking.
