BAKERY SERVICES OF NORTH AMERICA Inc. and Alba & Teknoservice is a company formed by former CIM International engineers, designers, and technicians with more 50 years of combined experience in the bakery industry providing service and OEM parts. Adriano Chiarello, one of the principals of BAKERY SERVICES OF NORTH AMERICA Inc. and Alba & Teknoservice, S.r.l., is very well known in the United States since he has been responsible for the installation of many croissant, ciabatta, and sweet goods plants.
BAKERY SERVICES OF NORTH AMERICA Inc.'s new office is located in the Chicago area and carries a varied supply of parts, belts, as well as technical service for all the original CIM equipment. The office manager is Bobbi Schacher, who established the CIM equipment office in 1989.

The ALBA Line
The Alba Line is a versatile make-up line that's simple and easy to use because it was designed according the requests of our long time customers. With our Alba make-up lines you can produce a large variety of hand made products automatically, like strudel, turn-overs, fagottino, panzerotto, chausson, voul-au-vent, palmiers (elephant ears) and much more. It features large variety of accessories and depositors that allows for the production of many different types of dough and fillings. Once the products are finished, they can be conveyed automatically into an in-line tunnel freezer, tunnel oven or automatic panning. The Alba make-up lines are custom designed to incorporate an already existing product mix or create several new products.
AMIBA Model 6000
The amazing AMIBA in all its simplicity uses sophisticated technology when rolling up filled croissants as if made by hand.
- hourly production up to 6000 croissants per hour
- can rollup croissants with a base of 90 mm. up to 200 mm. (3 to 8 inches)
- can roll up croissants with large amounts of filling
- croissants are rolled up by putting pressure on the two ends of the croissant (as if handmade)
- disassembles easily for cleaning.
OPTIONAL: Universal AMIBA Model 6000 features:
- can be hooked-up to any brand of croissant machine on the market.
