Revent 726 rack oven

In 1958, Revent forever changed the world of baking when it manufactured the world's first roll-in rack oven in Stockholm, Sweden. Now used in more than 120 countries, Revent ovens have consistently delivered the highest level of bake quality combined with operation efficiency and maximum life expectancy. For the baker, these attributes have translated to higher profits and earned Revent the reputation as the premier rack oven on the market.

Revent continues to lead the way in rack oven technology, allowing bakers to widen their product assortment while keeping operating costs to a minimum. Competition among bakeries continues to increase and the ability to act quickly with new products is a real advantage.

Revent rack ovens are the logical solution because of their unique air distribution system – (TCC) or Total Convection Control. While other rack oven manufacturers direct air horizontally at a high velocity, Revent's unique distribution system employs a low velocity, upward directed air stream. This system reduces product dehydration and creates a better bake by mimicking the effects of a hearthstyle oven. The patented Revent HVS (High Volume Steam) system also provides maximum steam generation while, at the same time, reducing recovery time in the oven.

From traditional baked products such as cakes and cookies to artisan breads and even roasted meats, Revent rack ovens offer the ultimate combination of premium baking results, flexibility and production capacity.

The recently introduced Revent 739 Rotating Mini Oven was designed with the same tough standards as Revent rack ovens. The Revent 739 Rotating Mini Oven (with proofer) is a space saving oven that bakes with results similar to the full size Revent rack oven. The oven can bake a variety of products on 8 full sizebaking pans, while the proofer has capacity for 12 sheet pans.

Revent rack and mini ovens also feature the IAC computer control panel that helps ensure consistent results and less spoilage. Baking programs (recipes) are programmed in advance, allowing workers to bake any product by simply selecting the recipe and pressing the start button. Up to 500 different baking programs can be stored. Each recipe can contain up to four temperature changes, three steam periods and three damper operations. The IAC also enables the operator to pre-program an automatic start time for the oven as well as an auto shut off feature. In addition, the IAC has an option to connect to a PC for logging functions for HACCP compliance.

Revent also has recently unveiled a new line of convection ovens under its Do-Sys program. The new product line ranges from a convenient countertop oven to 4-sheet and 8-sheet pan size models. These high performance ovens feature even baking, steam capability and modular design that allows the customer to easily add accessories such as a proofer or storage cabinet.

Revent's comprehensive product range offers customers a complete solution to their baking needs!
