Pennant Foods’ La Francaise® butter croissants are made in the European tradition with 100 percent pure U.S. Grade A unsalted butter, high in butter fat. The croissant dough is rolled and folded with pure creamery butter until it contains 132 layers. Then, the perfectly formed croissants are baked until golden brown with crisp, flaky layers and a soft interior. The newest addition to the La Francaise croissant line is whole wheat croissants made with 100 percent whole grain.
