Wachtel’s Champ modular deck oven offers ease of use for bakeries, pastry shops, baking schools, in-stores and bakery cafes. The ceramic heating elements provide a soft and even heat distribution, and the top and bottom heat are independently adjustable by separate thermostats. A thermostat controls a separate steam generator, and the stone baking plates provide even baking. The oven is easily expandable up to five decks due to its modular construction.
