Europain to draw international crowd

Pulling 1,056 American visitors, second to Japan’s 1,109, Europain organizers expect an even greater number of international visitors.
Europain 2008 takes place March 29 to April 2 in Paris and will be the largest bakery, pastry and ice cream exhibition next year. The show also hosts the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie (World Cup of Baking) where Bread Baker’s Guild Baking Team USA will defend its championship title.
