MIWE America’s backcombi line of electric baking stations is perfect for retail bakeries and can produce a range of products requiring both convection and hearth-style baking. The backcombi is available with one or two convection ovens mounted on either one or two deck ovens. Various size deck ovens are available for all production capacities. The econo convection oven holds five full baking pans, has a reversing four-speed fan in the bake chamber, built in steam system and digital controls. Each deck oven is independent, allowing a different temperature and bake time in each deck.
