IDDBA adds more exhibit space

To accommodate the demand for exhibit space, Madison, Wis.-based International Dairy Deli Bakery Association (IDDBA) has added an additional row of booths to the floorplan for its Dairy-Deli-Bake ’09, to be held June 7-9, in Atlanta, Ga. New exhibitors are being added on a daily basis, and the pace appears to be picking up, according to IDDBA.

A few months ago, no one could have predicted that there would be such a last-minute rush for booth space, says IDDBA.

“Even in an uncertain economy, our membership is growing at a fast pace. That’s because we offer a quality program at an affordable price with actionable results. When retailers can apply tomorrow what they learned today, it makes for a very positive experience,” said Jessica Hughes, IDDBA communications coordinator, in a published release.

With just over six weeks to show time, the rush is on for exhibit space and for registrations. IDDBA says plenty of hotel rooms are still available, and reasonable air travel prices and the number of attendees within driving distance of Atlanta are encouraging attendance for this year’s show.

Those interested in attending the conference can register through IDDBA’s website. The full conference registration includes all of the speakers, admission to the 1500+ booth Expo Hall, admission to the Show & Sell Center (Retail Merchandising Pavilion), social events and networking opportunities.
