Penton Media, parent company of Baking Management and Modern Baking magazines, has been named an official media sponsor of the International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE), to be held Sept. 26-29, 2010 in Las Vegas.
“The media partnerships proved to be highly valuable in 2007, allowing IBIE to reach a broader audience and cost-effectively expand the scope and frequency of its direct marketing campaign,” said Rich Hoskins, IBIE committee chair and president of Colborne Corp. “Moving forward, the IBIE committee hopes to build on the solid foundation that’s been established to promote the exciting new features slated for 2010.”
Penton’s sponsorship will include print and online promotions and support for targeted marketing activities and education programming in the two baking properties as well as Penton’s Supermarket News publication. The magazines also will report on show developments in print and electronic communications.
