Frederick’s staff displays the bakery’s seven years of “Best of New Hampshire” awards.

Frederick's Pastries, Amherst, N.H., has been named “Best of New Hamsphire” for cakes and pastries for the seventh consecutive year by New Hampshire magazine. Every year, the state's largest lifestyle magazine selects its “best of” in a number of categories, including best pastries and cakes.

“This is the seventh year in a row that we have been honored by the ‘Best of New Hampshire’, and it never gets old,” said Susan Lozier Robert, proprietor of Frederick's Pastries. “It's really a testament to the tradition of quality that Frederick's was founded some 28 years ago by my mother and father, Gloria and Frederick Lozier. Needless to say, the taste of the recipes they created have stood the test of time,” Robert added.

Frederick's has two retail locations, including the original in Amherst and a new bakery in Bedford.
