As consumers look to slim down and save money after the holiday indulgence, Bruegger’s Bagels has rolled out healthy and cost-effective menu options this winter.
The bagel bakery chain is offering the Skinny Zesty Egg White Sandwich, which features egg whites, turkey sausage, Swiss cheese and sun-dried tomato spread served on Bruegger's Five Grain Everything skinny bagel. The calorie-conscious breakfast sandwich is available on Bruegger’s “Under 500 Calorie” menu through April 3.
The chain also introduced Bagel Deli Trios, available until April 3. For $6.99 at participating locations, customers can make their own combinations of a bagel deli sandwich, cup of soup and medium soft drink or bottled water.
