Dunn Brothers opens in-store bakery

Dunn Brothers Coffee Franchising Inc. is expanding its food offerings.
The Minneapolis-based national chain has opened an in-store bakery at its Nicollet Avenue location in Minneapolis, where it will make and serve fresh pastries, sandwiches and salads.
Dunn Brothers will test the model with three more of its "Provisions Bakery Cafes" in existing stores in Minnesota and Texas by late fall. Provisions will offer breakfast sandwiches, muffins, scones and pastries in the morning, while at lunchtime it will sell sandwiches, salads and desserts.
