The upcoming Europain tradeshow is emphasizing innovation through various exhibits, events and sessions.

The 750 exhibitors and brands expected at the show will be demonstrating easier products to use to cater to consumers’ tastes along with equipment that is more ergonomic and efficient, uses less energy and is quickly paid off.

Among the other areas of the show dedicated to innovation, the 2012 New Products and Innovations area will promote innovative products and equipment from exhibitors across all sectors. The Innovation Awards will recognize cutting-edge products and equipment. Professionals can apply to take part in the awards on Europain’s website. The Intersuc Collections will showcase various sugar and chocolate creations. Additionally, The “Road to Success” is a new concept where creators of business models explain and showcase their ideas on the show floor.
