The International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association’s (IDDBA)48th annual Dairy-Deli-Bake trade show will be held June 10-12, 2012, at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, La. Over 8,000 attendees are expected to attend the three-day event.
The IDDBA show will feature tactics and strategies for a successful business; and products, packaging and services from the top dairy, deli, bakery, cheese and foodservice companies. The 1,500-booth expo features a 10,000 sq. ft. retail merchandising center.
Registration for Dairy-Deli-Bake opens in January 2012.
