Kings Food Markets, Parsippany, N.J., debuted its brand relaunch with a redesigned website and grand reopening at its Bedminster store.
The website redesign (www.kingsfoodmarkets.com) offers a more user-friendly interface with sections that include rare finds, recipes from Kings chefs, and daily menus of freshly prepared food available at each store. Shoppers can also find Kings on Facebook and Twitter.
The Bedminster store, which reopened Feb. 3, is offering an expanded product line and shopping experience that includes made-to-order brick oven pizza, prepared foods, more than 400 international cheeses, an espresso and cappuccino bar, a juice bar fresh-made pasta, online ordering and a café equipped with Wi-Fi.
The reopening ceremony kicked off at 11 a.m. with a "pasta ribbon cutting," which was followed by live cooking demonstrations and product samples throughout the store. A portion of that day’s proceeds benefited the Food Bank Network of Somerset County.
The chain plans to revamp all of its 24 locations throughout New Jersey and New York throughout the coming year.
