The Peerless Group, a division of the ITW Food Equipment Group, will host the inaugural class of international equipment agents in Sidney, Ohio, on Sept. 20-21, 2011, for in-depth training on Peters® Sandwiching Machines and Peerless® Mixers. The agents will participate in two days of focused training covering the latest technologies offered by Peerless that support the bread, roll, biscuit and cracker manufacturer segments worldwide.

“We are looking forward to having a great mix of long-standing agents from Peru, Brazil, Mexico and the Philippines, as well as new agents from Poland/Russia/Eastern Europe join us for the this class,” said Matt Zielsdorf, vice president of sales for Peerless, in the press release. “This class will provide a great opportunity to showcase our manufacturing plant and products, as well as share internal updates, focus and sales strategies with our agent partners.”

The agents will receive insight from the Peerless executive team covering ITW updates, product and facility updates, service and parts information, terms and conditions reviews, as well as strategic sales and marketing objectives. The training will conclude with a visit to a key customer production site.
