ARBE schedule announced
The Retail Bakers of America (RBA), McLean, Va. announced its schedule for the 2009 American Retail Bakery Exposition to be held Oct. 18-20 at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, N.C. The event will be sponsored by RBA and will provide a combination of competitions, demonstrations, business sessions and a trade show.

Monday, Oct. 19

11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Exhibit Hall
Tuesday, Oct. 20
8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Hands-On Demonstrations
(fee based with limited availability)
12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. Baker-to-Baker Luncheon
1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Business Sessions
