The Retail Bakers of America (RBA), McLean, Va. announced its schedule for the 2009 American Retail Bakery Exposition to be held Oct. 18-20 at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, N.C. The event will be sponsored by RBA and will provide a combination of competitions, demonstrations, business sessions and a trade show.
