Two employees from Auntie Anne's Pretzels will compete for their own franchise on an episode of A&E's new competition-based reality TV show "Be the Boss."
Auntie Anne’s Pretzels will be featured in the premiere season of A&E’s new original reality television series “Be the Boss.” The competition-based show features two lower-level employees competing in a series of challenges for the chance at what they believe is a corporate promotion. The runner-up gets the corporate promotion, while the winner takes home the keys to their own franchise.
The Auntie Anne’s episode, which airs on Dec. 16, will feature Eleazar Puente, manager of Auntie Anne’s at Woodburn Co. Stores, Woodburn, Ore., and Shonta Moore, assistant manager of Auntie Anne’s at Boynton Beach Mall, Boynton Beach, Fla.
“It was a great experience putting the show together with A&E,” Bill Dunn, president and COO of Auntie Anne’s, said in a statement. “Most importantly, we are honored to award both of these deserving employees with a piece of the American Dream.”
