Celebrate National Bread Month
Did you know that November was National Bread Month? If not, it's not to late to don the party hats and celebrate the cornerstone product of the baking industry. And, what better way to celebrate bread than to promote the many benefits that this bakery food offers.
The Grain Foods Foundation's website is chock full of information about the benefits of bread and other grain-based foods. It is an excellent resource for bakeries to find nutritional messages, survey results and other useful info on bread.
